Due to some corrupted file, I needed (or I thought I needed) to uninstall and re-install the game. So, I uninstalled the game a few hours ago, and now I am trying to re-install it. The problem is -- the download speed is ~0.15 mbps (this would take 20 something hours to download). I know, from installing it a few months ago and downloading other games in the past, that my usual download speed My ps4 tests at 3.4 mbps the patcher is running at 0.19mbps 300+minutes to go. And it's bs cause when the download starts it runs fine around 0.90bps (which is a bit more reasonable) but it suddenly slows considerably for no reason at all.
